01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.ldx.one and any related pages, content, forms and downloadable materials (together, the “Website”), operated by LDX (“LDX”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

03Using the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. In particular, you agree not to:
- use the Website in any way that breaches applicable local or international laws or regulations;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems;
- introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful or disruptive code;
- scrape, copy or harvest content or data from the Website by automated means without our written consent;

We may suspend or restrict access to all or part of the Website at any time, without notice, for maintenance, security or any other reason.
04Our services and information
Information on the Website about our products and services, including Mony, case studies, use cases, timelines and statistics, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute an offer, a binding commitment, or professional, financial or legal advice.
Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work between you and LDX. If there is any conflict between that agreement and these Terms, the agreement prevails.
05Enquiries, demos and communications
When you submit an enquiry or demo request, the details you enter are sent to our team by email. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam and abuse. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.
If you contact us through WhatsApp, phone or email, your use of those services is also subject to the terms of their respective providers. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either party to enter into an agreement.
06Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the LDX and Mony names and marks, images, brochures, course materials and software, are owned by or licensed to LDX and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages and materials for your own personal or internal business reference, provided you do not modify them or remove any copyright or proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation, requires our prior written consent.
Client names and logos shown on the Website are the property of their respective owners and are displayed to illustrate work we have delivered. Their display does not grant you any rights to use them.
07Third-party links and services
The Website may link to or embed third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and Canva. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of these services. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
08Disclaimer
The Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, that the Website or its content is complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted or free from errors or viruses.
